摘要  目的:分析外来植物药蔓越莓研究文献,依据中医药理论探讨蔓越莓的中药药性,为蔓越莓与中药配伍的临床合理使用及产品开发提供理论依据。方法:选取Web of Science(WoS)及pubmed数据库中外来药物蔓越莓的相关英文文献,对196篇临床实验,140篇活性成分文献进行研究与分析,并结合中医理论对蔓越莓的中药药性进行初步探讨。结果:蔓越莓的中药药性为性味归经为酸、甘,凉;归肾、膀胱、脾经。功效主治为清热通淋,化脂降浊,健脾益气。用于湿热淋证,高脂血症,脾气虚弱,倦怠无力。结论:概括归纳蔓越莓的性味归经、功效主治及用法用量,赋予其中药药性,使其成为新“外来中药”,可以为蔓越莓与中药的配伍及临床应用提供理论依据,能更好地在医疗保健行业中推广应用,研发新产品。

Literature Research and Discussion of Chinese Medicine Properties of Cranberry

Abstract Objective: Based on the analysis of foreign plant medicine cranberry science research literature,to further explore the Chinese medicine properties of cranberry,providing a theoretical basis for clinical use and product development of cranberry with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Methods: By searching English literature of cranberry in the Web of Science (WoS) and PubMed database,a total of 196 articles of clinical experiments and 140 articles of active components were studied and analyzed.Combining Traditional Chinese Medicine theory,the Chinese medicine properties of cranberry were discussed. Results: The Chinese medicine property of cranberry is cool,with sour and sweet flavor.Its channel tropisms are kidney,bladder and spleen.The major functions of cranberry are clearing heat and freeing strangury,lipid lowering and turbidity reduction,strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi.Therefore,cranberry is suitable for treating damp-heat stranguria,hyperlipemia,deficiency of spleen qi,lassitude and asthenia. Conclusion: By summarizing the property and flavor,channel tropism,major functions,dosage and administration of cranberry,this paper provided the Chinese medicine properties of cranberry,which makes it become a new “foreign Chinese medicine”.This provides a theoretical basis for the compatibility of cranberry and Traditional Chinese Medicine,and clinical application,to better promote the application of cranberry in the healthcare and product development.

蔓越莓(Cranberry)是一种起源于北美洲的有益健康的水果,它最初是在寒冷的湿地培育的[1],是北美传统的三大水果之一。蔓越莓的果实为卵圆形浆果,成熟后整个果实呈鲜红色,食用时有酸甜的口感,是一种低热量水果[2]。蔓越莓因具有独特的保健和药用功效而成为研究热点。它的药用价值首次在北美洲发现,早在1800年,蔓越莓就被用来治疗航海员的坏血病。在美国,蔓越莓制剂已成为预防尿道感染的首选保健药物[3]。蔓越莓具有预防尿道感染、抗幽门螺旋杆菌、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、预防心血管疾病等作用[4]。已有蔓越莓与淡竹叶、白茅根、玫瑰茄等配伍使用的保健产品上市,将蔓越莓与中药配伍使用,可以更好地推广其在我国的应用,但其配伍的合理性值得深入思考与研究。
